This week will read The Bremen Town Musicians.  We will work on author’s purpose and reading for a purpose.

English:  plural nouns that change spelling

Homework:  Monday and Tuesday  Please listen to your child read the book they bring home.  Sign the book and return it to school.  This is very important for reading fluency.

Math

This week we will continue with graphs.  We will work on asking and answering questions about a graph.  Please ask your child about Dreambox.  This is a math computer program that we do every Wednesday.  The kids love it!

We will have a test over chapter 4 (graphs ) on Tuesday.
